Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Property Manager Assistant to support the daily operations of our rental community. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, friendly, and able to provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Accept and process resident rent payments accurately.
  • Enter and track maintenance work orders in the system.
  • Assist with resident inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Support the Property Manager with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous office, customer service, or property management experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and property management software (training provided).
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic.

Work Environment:
This is an in-office position in a property management setting, requiring regular interaction with residents, vendors, and staff.
