Part-Time Cleaner

(Can Lead to Full-Time | Also Hiring for Part-Time & On-Call Work)

Compensation: $1,950–$2,275 biweekly, plus opportunity to earn $37/hour for specialized projects

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Various job sites across Greater Victoria

We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team!

This role starts as part-time and can grow into a full-time position for the right person.
We are also hiring separately for part-time and on-call positions , for those looking for more flexible scheduling.

You'll work on both residential and post-construction job sites, delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Physically able to perform active cleaning tasks (light lifting under 10 lbs)
• Basic English skills
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Clean criminal record – a background check will be required
• Positive attitude — we're looking for people who take pride in what they do!
• Experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person
