Your Mission:

• Create, update, and maintain detailed reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare data summaries, charts, and pivot tables to support warehouse operations and decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all reporting tasks and update project status.
• Develop and manage various Excel files related to inventory, shipping schedules, and other operational aspects.
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the Warehouse Manager and overall warehouse operations.
• Execute various special assignments as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

What you should bring with you:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Administration/Virtual Assistance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulae.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience and knowledge on Warehouse management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
