The Nitty-Gritty Of What You’ll Be Doing - Oversee and manage all operations of new and pre-owned recreational vehicles.
- Ensure sales department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profit.
- Ensure sales personnel are well trained, motivated, and available when needed.
- Determine sales quotas for sales personnel in accordance with their skill levels.
- Oversee and direct the business office operational activities related to providing finance, insurance, and extended service programs.
- Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits.
- Cross-sell parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products to customers.
- Establish departmental work schedule, balancing the workload of all employees.
- Manage employee performance and conduct performance reviews in a timely manner
A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for
- Must have experience in Sales and specifically Motorcycles
- Your love for providing exceptional customer service
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude
- Leadership/Management experience
