Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Representative:

• Engage with customers in retail stores, initiate conversations, and build strong relationships.
• Demonstrate and promote automotive maintenance and car care products, educating customers on their benefits and proper use.
• Recommend tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
• Provide a professional, enthusiastic, and positive shopping experience.
• Track customer interactions and share feedback to help refine sales strategies.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and events to stay informed and continuously improve.
