Product Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Product Manager to oversee the planning and execution of integrating insurance products with our key partner organization. The role demands close collaboration with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline integration processes, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure operational readiness, all while delivering high-quality outcomes within scope and deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of managing insurance products, preferably in the casualty insurance or travel sector, and strong skills in navigating complex partner relationships while leading cross-functional teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with proven experience in the insurance, finance, medical, or travel industries. You will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end project execution and leading successful product integration initiatives that align with both business goals and partner expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related communications between internal teams and the partner organization.
• Lead end-to-end project management of large-scale product integration initiatives by gathering requirements from key stakeholders, developing robust plans, and ensuring smooth execution while strategically mitigating risks.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, encompassing scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Analyze potential project risks, identify vulnerabilities, and develop proactive strategies to ensure optimized project outcomes.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders and executive leadership, escalating critical matters when necessary.
• Collaborate on and coordinate efforts for creating and executing business cases, ROI assessments, and other financial evaluations.
• Spearhead the adoption of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies for continuous improvement in product development and integration.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager, with a strong track record in managing product integrations.
• In-depth knowledge or experience in industries like Insurance, Finance, Travel, or Medical.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership abilities, with at least 5 years of experience working with external partners.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, ensuring challenges are addressed effectively and promptly.
• Proficiency in Japanese (Native) and English (Business Level) language skills to support seamless communication in multicultural environments.
