You'll dive deep into technical issues, mentor other agents, and expedite escalations to support teams. You'll leverage your analytical skills to identify trends and propose improvements, shaping a better support experience for partners. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or partner support role.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
・Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 applications, or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
・Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
