Key Responsibilities
Provide expert legal counsel across a range of corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.
Ensure compliance with international, federal, and local regulatory requirements.
Advise on intellectual property, data privacy, employment law, and risk mitigation.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, dispute resolution, or negotiations when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Compliance.
Monitor and interpret emerging legal trends and regulatory changes relevant to the business.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
5+ years of experience as a legal adviser, corporate counsel, or similar in-house legal role.
Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and international regulations.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and legal writing skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
