The Role

  • Develop and drive the People Plan for your business area, ensuring alignment with the global HR strategy. Work in partnership with regional HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and HR Operations to drive strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Work in partnership with senior leaders to provide strategic solutions to organizational and HR issues.
  • Enable a culture of balancing business needs with employee advocacy.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Develop and own the strategic HR agenda for Engineering Group, ensuring alignment with the global HR strategy, bringing best practice and external perspective to people management decision making.
  • Ownership for driving human resources processes that support business success including:
  1. Organization Design
  2. Strategic Hiring and Candidate Assessment.
  3. Leading Annual Lifecycle Events: Oversee key HR processes within your business area such as performance reviews, compensation planning, promotions, and talent reviews, ensuring a consistent and effective approach
  4. Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  5. Organizational Development & Change Management: Partner with leaders to design and execute organizational transformation initiatives in response to business needs.
  6. Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives that enhance company culture, employee engagement, and retention in a dynamic semiconductor industry.
  7. HR Advisory & Leadership Support: Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on people-related decisions.
  • Coach business leaders on people related matters. Support the resolution of complex people issues in partnership with regional HR.
  • Provide indirect leadership to Regional HR and Centers of Excellence (COE) teams to collaborate on priorities and solutions
  • Proactively highlight trends and themes that may impact goals across the HR function.
  • Continuously build business acumen through proactive engagement with business leaders and employees.
  • Lead change and transformation efforts.
  • Provide input and insight into global HR strategy. You will be expected to lead HR wide projects and initiatives

Your Skills

  • 10+ years of direct HR Business Partnering experience.
  • Ability to combine a creative, innovative approach with commercial acumen.
  • Ability to motivate, influence and work collaboratively with the rest of the HR team globally.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex employee relations issues quickly, smartly and autonomously.
  • Results driven and delivery focused, with a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to build strong, credible relationships quickly and to be trusted at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to provide feedback to all levels of employees/managers.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
