ポジションの概要・目的:

  • 旅行保険のオンライン販売を促進するため、代理店(航空会社や旅行会社)システムへの当社パッケージシステムの導入とカスタマーサクセスに携わっていただきます
  • また、旅行保険のビジネスモデルを生かして傷害保険にも広げていくため、多様な業界とも関わっていただきます

業務詳細:

  • 当社システムを介した旅行保険の流通と、航空会社のGDSシステムとの統合について理解し、業務分析を行う
  • 定義〜保険販売開始までの顧客対応(営業担当と同行や会議参加あり)、社内対応を行う
  • 利益拡大施策の策定を行う
  • Eコマースを利用した旅行保険の流通を考え、ビジネス要件文書(BRD)を作成する
  • プロジェクトマネージャーや営業チームと共に顧客を訪問し、ビジネスの目標や組織的な制約を理解する
  • 新規顧客に向けたシステム導入やシステム変更リクエストの管理を行う
  • 旅行業務に関連するシステムの構造を維持・改善する
  • システムの運用を安定させ、必要に応じて改善を図る
  • 販売サポートを行い、流通能力に関連するモックアップ画面やソリューションを提供する
  • CRS統合システムを迅速に提供し、営業チームと共に顧客の期待に沿うようにスケジュールの管理を行う
  • 顧客の意見やビジネスニーズを反映しながら、迅速に安定したシステム運用を達成する

Position Summary/Objective:

  • To promote online sales of travel insurance, you will be responsible for implementing our package system into agent (airline and travel agency) systems and customer success
  • You will also work with various industries to leverage the travel insurance business model and expand into accident insurance

Job Details:

  • Understand and analyze the distribution of travel insurance through our system and its integration with airline GDS systems
  • Responsible for customer support (accompanying sales representatives and participating in meetings) from definition to the start of insurance sales, as well as internal support
  • Develop profit expansion strategies
  • Consider the distribution of travel insurance via e-commerce and create a business requirements document (BRD)
  • Work with project managers and sales teams to visit customers and understand their business goals and organizational constraints
  • Manage system implementations for new customers and system change requests
  • Maintain and improve the system architecture related to travel operations
  • Ensure system operation is stable and improves as needed
  • Provide sales support and provide mockups and solutions related to distribution capabilities
  • Rapidly deliver the CRS integrated system and manage the schedule in collaboration with the sales team to meet customer expectations
  • Implement stable system operations quickly while incorporating customer feedback and business needs

Requirements
