First General Services Estevan is currently seeking a position as a Project Manager in the Restoration Industry.

First General Services Estevan is a 24-hour restoration company. We handle disasters such as fire, water, sewage, hail, wind, mold, asbestos, and vehicle impacts.

As a Project Manager, you will conduct inspections and estimates for each claim, be on a 24-hour call rotation list, coordinate and oversee restoration projects, assess damage, develop restoration plans, and supervise restoration teams. You must not be afraid of heights, as some inspections may require you to go on the roofs of homes.

Skills & Qualifications:
o Knowledge of the construction industry, materials, and processes.
o Computer knowledge in software packages or willingness to learn.
o Good customer service to communicate with customers and insurance adjusters.
o Good written and oral communication skills.
o Knowledge of Xactimate would be a great asset.

Required Expectations:
o Must be a team player.
o Be punctual and reliable.
o Be able to work in a stressful environment; able to take charge & delegate
o Able to work within a timeline for inspections and estimates.
o Supervising and scheduling of crews.    
o Making sure proper materials are purchased and ready for each job.
o Must have a valid drivers license and a criminal record check.
