Leduc Regional Housing Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual for a Full-time Assistant Lodge Manager position (37.5 hours/week). Reporting to the Supportive Living Manager, the Assistant Lodge Manager is responsible for resident services ensuring a high standard of service is provided to all applicants and residents. The Assistant Lodge Manager will work closely with the Supportive Living Manager in all other aspects of the site operation and assume responsibility for the site in their absence. The Assistant Lodge Manager works as an integral part of the site team ensuring that high quality services are provided to the residents. The Assistant Lodge Manager is a member of the lodge team; exemplifying LRHF values while working collaboratively within LRHF and the Leduc Region to provide a high quality of service.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Applicable post-secondary.
2. Five (5) years supervisory experience.
3. Financial planning and budgeting skills.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
5. Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment, demonstrate initiative.
7. Intermediate knowledge/skills in computer/keyboarding and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
8. Knowledge and experience with computer and communication technology.
9. Property Management Software experience (YARDI an asset).
10. Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
11. Reliable vehicle insured for business use.
12. Satisfactory Criminal Records Check including Vulnerable Sector Check.
13. Standard First Aid Certificate.
14. Experience working with and meeting the needs of seniors.
