Available Shifts:

• Monday to Friday Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm with rotating on call. 
• OR Tuesday to Saturday shift:  Tuesday to Friday is 12:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday is 9:00am-5:00pm with rotating on call. 

What we are looking for:

• 3rd Year Apprentice - Journeyman Plumber
• Experience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, trouble shooting and water heaters (tanks, tankless' s and boilers). Hydronic/boiler experience is an asset:
• Drains experience is an asset
• Experience diagnosing & servicing residential units
• A thorough understanding of provincial plumbing code and standards
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A valid driver’s license with a suitable driving abstract
• Able to complete a criminal background check up hire
• Safety conscious and a desire to learn

We want our Plumbers to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.

What will you do:

• Complete general and specific plumbing inspections
• Promote company products and services on every call
• Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Able to work efficiently and effectively independently and co-operatively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures.
• Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home
• Request online reviews from customers.
• Contribute to our high standards of health and safety
• Effectively mentor apprentices so they become well rounded plumbers.
• Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.
