What We’re Looking For:

• You enjoy helping people and making them feel welcome
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or guest service role
• You’re great on the phone and can handle a busy multi-line system with ease
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
• You know your way around MS Office, Outlook

Schedule: Part-Time : Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM,

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation: $21/ hr

Your Day-to-Day:

• Greeting guests and making sure they feel welcome
• Answering and directing calls on our multi-line phone system
• Handling payments for services and products
• Supporting the team with filing and light admin tasks
