The Role

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and maintain the Vicidial system to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor call center metrics and performance, making necessary adjustments for efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any Vicidial-related issues promptly.
• Implement and optimize dialer campaigns, scripts, and call routing strategies.
• Ensure system security, backups, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide training and support to agents and supervisors on Vicidial usage.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate new technologies.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Vicidial Administrator/Manager in a call center environment.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols.
• Experience with campaign setup, lead management, and dialer performance tuning.
• Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and API integrations is a plus.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
