Job Description

We are seeking a professional, motivated Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This instrumental role will support the Sales and Marketing teams.

 

Henry of Pelham is a family owned and operated winery with almost 40 years of experience producing premium, award-winning wines. The 300+ acre estate is a great place to bring family and friends to experience the best of Niagara’s Wine Country.

FWM Wine, Beer & Spirits is an Ontario-based agency operated by Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery. Established in 2008, FWM represents iconic, world-renowned, family-owned or independent producers from the top 10 wine regions in the world, premium craft spirits, and specialty beers.

 

Successful applicants will have strong administrative skills, including accurate data entry, effective time management, and an enthusiastic and energetic attitude. Wine knowledge is an asset but not required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Update and distribute sales materials including price lists and bin tags.
  • Keep up to date on vintage changes and update all necessary materials.
  • Prepare and distribute media samples and applications for wine competitions and track results.
  • Coordinate LCBO wine tastings and prepare tasting mats for onsite tastings.
  • Draft and disseminate quarterly FWM newsletter and monthly Henry of Pelham Internal Newsletter.
  • Update Henry of Pelham and FWM presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate samples and materials for events.
  • Review donation requests and send out items.
  • Coordinate monthly staff tastings of GL products including brand presentation.
  • Answer and redirect general emails
  • Printing for all brands.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Related mix of education and experience in a similar administrative role.

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Superior communication, organizational, and time management skills.

· Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively.

· Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

· Hard working and self-motivated.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

· Previous experience with Shopify with Constant Contact an asset.

· WSET certification is a plus, we also offer education opportunities.
