・ BAW 新規技術開発に向けたプロセス要件を理解し、設計環境構築に向けたシステム要件の制定を行う。さらにはオートメーションチームと連携したシステム開発を実行し、設計環境のリリースに対して責任を持つ。
・BAW 製品の NPI(New Product Introduction) データ解析（及び CAD レイアウトサポート）
・製造工程データと電気特性の解析
・設計、プロセス技術、測定技術と連携した新規テクノロジの立ち上げ、
・ BAW 製品 ( 実験 DOE を含む ) のレイアウト検討及び作成とテープアウト
・ BAW 新規技術開発に向けたプロセス要件を理解し、設計環境構築に向けたシステム要件の制定を行う。さらにはオートメーションチームと連携したシステム開発を実行し、設計環境のリリースに対して責任を持つ。
求められる経験・スキル
必須
・製造業での技術職として経験がありデータ解析の経験が有る
・半導体プロセス系の業務経験
出来ればあった方が良い
・ CAD を使った業務経験 1 年以上。(Cadence Virtuoso Layouteditor の使用経験あれば歓迎）
・英語でのコミュニケ―ションに向上意欲が有る方。英語による資料作成の経験が有る方。
・高周波に関する知識もしくは業務経験が有る方。
