Service Delivery Manager

Overview
A rapidly growing technology company in the construction space is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead field service coordination and logistics across North America. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working at the intersection of customer service, inventory management, and field operations.
As a key operations partner, you’ll work closely with internal teams, external technicians, and clients to ensure seamless hardware deployments, high-quality service delivery, and smooth logistics management.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Hardware Oversight
● Manage physical inventory of camera systems and related hardware
● Maintain accurate records in ERP (Odoo) and support ongoing stocktakes
● Oversee packing, assembly, and refurbishment of units to quality standards
Field Service Coordination
● Schedule and coordinate field service technicians for installation and relocation of equipment
● Conduct desktop and on-site reviews of installation locations
● Liaise with clients for approvals and logistical arrangements
● Provide remote support during camera installs and maintenance
● Maintain detailed project records in the CRM (Hubspot)
Logistics & Shipping
● Manage all inbound/outbound shipping, customs clearance, and returns
● Partner with external vendors to ensure timely and efficient service
Operational Support
● Complete vendor forms and assist with tender submissions when required
● Manage SIM card logistics and cellular setup
● Provide cross-timezone support when needed
What They’re Looking For
● Legally eligible to work in Canada
● 2–3 years of experience in customer service, field service, or service delivery
● Strong organizational and project management skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Hubspot experience a bonus)
● Construction industry or hardware deployment experience is an asset
● Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
