We’re expanding our dynamic global marketing team at Presperse, and we're looking for a Senior Technical Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes beauty innovation. The Senior Technical Marketing Manager will be responsible for technical marketing, client presentations, project management, product development (with formulators), and trend reports to support the company's growth and development. You will lead cross-functional teams, have experience in the beauty or cosmetic ingredients industry, and have a minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Chemistry, or related fields. 

💡 What You'll Bring to the Table: 

• A deep love for product development across all beauty categories — skin, body, hair, and color. 
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and a strong technical/chemistry background that lets you speak confidently with formulators, chemists, and brand leaders. 
• A sharp eye for trends — you’re the person everyone turns to for “what’s next” in beauty. 
• 3+ years of experience in technical marketing, or product development, at a cosmetic ingredient supplier, beauty brand, or contract manufacturer. Have even more experience? We are open for discussion for the right person! 

🌎 What You’ll Be Doing:  

You’ll be a connector between R&D, Marketing, and Sales, working with top global beauty brands (clients of Presperse) and up-and-coming indie innovators (clients of our ecommerce site letsmakebeauty.com). From ideation to innovation, you will help shape 

• Science Communication: Translate technical ingredient information into consumer-friendly language.
• Sales Tool Creation: Create innovative selling materials to present Presperse’s 450+ ingredients in new and exciting ways.
• Customer Presentations: Work with Sales Executives to build strategic, and prospective, client presentations. 
• Trend Reporting: Build beauty trend presentations and stay on top of social listening, new product launches & industry news. 
• Tradeshow and Event Planning: Help plan and execute industry events. 
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D and Sales to bring new ideas to life. 

📍 Location & Flexibility: 

• Your home office is based in Somerset, NJ, but we offer in-office flexibility as we are a “work from anywhere” company — you will be in-office as needed, usually 2-3xs a month.
