Job purpose:

Join our award-winning production team and play a pivotal role in shaping visually stunning motion design for a diverse range of clients. As a Senior Designer , you'll lead projects from initial concept to final delivery, bringing your creative vision and technical expertise to life. You will be a mentor to more junior designers.

Responsibilities:

• 2D Motion Graphics: Masterfully create compelling animations and visual effects using After Effects, with a focus on advanced compositing, dynamic text animation, and nuanced easing techniques. Comfortable working with 2D design elements.
• 3D Design & Animation: Utilize Cinema 4D to build, animate, texture, light, shade, rig and render photorealistic 3D assets and environments. Expertise in the Redshift render engine is essential.
• Creative Leadership: Develop and execute innovative motion design concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines, ensuring a high level of visual storytelling.
• Emerging Technologies: Proactively explore and integrate new technologies and techniques, including Generative AI tools, AR/VR applications, and real-time rendering platforms like Unreal Engine, into our workflow.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with designers, artists, and clients, providing clear communication, constructive feedback, and collaborative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, demonstrating resourcefulness and a willingness to seek assistance when needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in motion design.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of After Effects and Cinema 4D.
• Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design projects, demonstrating both creative vision and technical skill.
• Personal Attributes: Entrepreneurial spirit, creative mindset, and collaborative approach. Exceptional ability to evaluate creative ideas and develop practical execution plans. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of client and agency business objectives. Active participation in the design community and a passion for staying current with industry trends.
