Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

. Value Management Expertise :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and evaluate financial and operational metrics (e.g., NPV, ROI, OKRs).


• Analyze data to identify value drivers and opportunities for operational and financial improvement.


• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and dashboards.


• Provide insights and recommendations on prioritizing initiatives based on value delivery potential.


• Create and present reports, business cases, and visualizations to support leadership in strategic planning.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in value management, financial modeling, and operational metrics.




• Proven track record in financial and operational value management, including metrics such as NPV, IRR, ROI, OKRs, and KPIs.


• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.


• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and data analysis.


• Certification in Safe Agilist, Safe EOPM, Scrum Master SSM or SAM.


• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within a SAFe framework, with a focus on value-driven outcomes.


• Previous experience facilitating Agile ceremonies such as PI planning, ART (agile release trains), OKR (Object and key results) retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
