Annual Salary: 10 Million and above

Job Qualification: 

• Must have 12-15 years SAP Project Management experience
• Should have good Project management experience in SAP implementations.
• Project management experience in at least 3 SAP end to end Implementation/Transformation projects and at least 2 in S2P domain {SAP Ariba/SAP}. Exposure to working with Japanese client is preferable.
• Proven ability to Deliver projects, work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
• Expert in all aspects of Project management including Meeting Deadlines, Change management Budget, Planning and Risk Management
• Oversee SAP Project metrics for reporting, present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management
• Will be responsible for the development and Implementation of the program/project plan
• Good SAP background across a variety of Modules in Source to Pay and understanding of SAP Business processes
• Strong Stakeholder management, Escalation management
• Prepare and monitor Implementation, support and transition activities
• Expert in the use of SAP Activate Methodology and planning tools such as MS Project
• Demonstrated Leadership skills, Offshore and onsite collaboration experience, working with business process team, functional & IT team across variety of industries
• Formal Prince 2/PMP Certification preferred 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (N3 and above) and Business level English
