Job Description

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Project Manager to lead and deliver marketing automation projects with precision and efficiency.
• This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and strong project management skills, along with a solid understanding of Japanese email marketing regulations.
• Proactive project leader with a good understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, an ability to manage complex projects, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-impact marketing solutions.
• Lead end-to-end project management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and campaigns.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions.
• Ensure all email marketing activities comply with Japanese regulations, including opt-in requirements, consent tracking, and data retention policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, IT, and external vendors to deliver compliant and effective campaigns.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for SFMC-related issues.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for compliance and reporting purposes

Qualification:

• Proven experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, ideally in a regulated market.
• Strong understanding of Japanese email marketing laws.
• Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Fluency in Japanese and English language.

Technical Proficiency:

• Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, ideally in a regulated market.
• Strong understanding of Japanese email marketing laws
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Desired Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
• Experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese business environment.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a culture of compliance and innovation.

Japanese languages: Fluent  level Japanese and business level English required..
