Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power Apps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You will work closely with stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideation, Process map, Wireframe, Stakeholder Review, Design, Develop, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
• Create and automate workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
• Integrate Power Platform apps with data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather and validate requirements.
• Ensure applications are responsive, secure, and meet performance standards.
• Document development processes, configuration settings, and user guides.
• Provide support and maintenance for deployed solutions, including troubleshooting and bug fixes.
• Stay current with Power Platform updates and suggest enhancements or optimizations where applicable.
• Implement governance, compliance, and data security best practices for Power Platform environments.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in developing robust business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, with the confidence to act as a subject matter expert when advising both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 services, including advanced SharePoint integration and customization.
• Skilled in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Power Fx, enabling the creation of dynamic, user-centric applications.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and modern integration techniques to ensure seamless system interoperability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and influence decision-making across stakeholder groups.
• Adept at working independently while also thriving in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
• Practical experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and insights delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform certification(s) (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
