Annual Salary : 10 Million and above

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire system development process
• Develop and manage project plans in collaboration with business partnersand shared services
• Apply project management processes to lead and manage IT programe teams
• Resolve project issues and manage risks
• Hold project meetings to accurately grasp progress
• Ensure vendor performance meets contract specifications and SLAs
• Provide technical and analytical support to project team members.

Qualification:

• Experience participating in projects for Japanese customers on the vendor side ( 3+ years)
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Familiar with project management concepts and SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologies
• Ability to work collaboratively with local delivery teams to solve problems faced by customers
• Excellent communication skills
• Business level Japanese

Welcome experience :

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• PMP certified with Agile/Lean experience
