Job Title :- Program Manager or Senior Business Analyst
Duration:12+ month(s) Contract (With Possibility of extension)
Location :- Montreal QC (Hybrid)
It is a transversal role so we need somebody very versatile who has experience working with various stakeholders in a large and complex organization. A program manager or senior business analyst with exposure to both IT and finance could be a good fit for the position. I believe someone with only Finance exp is not a great fit as IT governance is an important part of the role. The position encompasses more than budgeting and includes overseeing a number of projects and processes to be followed. Presentation is key since the person will be reporting to senior executives.

• Excellent communication skills for presentations for the leadership team
• Proficiency in MS office tools (especially in Excel & Powerpoint for running the functions/formulas, Pivot tables, Macros and Charts).
• Strong presentational and influencing skills
• IT Governance, Program management, budget management
This is a high-level position, so a total of 8-10 years of experience is a minimum in my opinion, with 3-5y in a similar role demonstrating the above skillset.
