We are seeking a creative and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner to join our Pandora Japan team.
Under the direction of the HR Director and dotted to the Local Country/Commercial Head the Human Resources Manager Business Partner will drive results for all human resource efforts for assigned clients. Participates in the development of human resource policies and programs including employee relations, talent acquisition, communication, talent management, compensation, payroll and other functions. Provides coaching and counselling to management, HR Generalists and employees to enhance individual contributions. This role leads the HR department and oversees the HR staff.
