As the General Manager for our Regina Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division, you will lead a diverse team in delivering industry-leading property management services while identifying and pursuing strategic business development opportunities to support long-term growth.
In this role, you will…
• Oversee management of a diverse real estate portfolio, including retail, office, industrial, and residential properties across Regina.
• Lead, mentor and support a high-performing team to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow REMS business, collaborating closely with other Colliers service lines.
• Ensure operational excellence by continuously optimizing processes, systems, and team performance.
• Champion Colliers’ brand and values by leading with integrity and representing the company within the local market.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years of experience in a senior management or supervisory role, ideally within property or real estate management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build effective teams, with a strong focus on performance and client service.
• Demonstrated success in business development and growing a service line or portfolio.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission.
• A degree in business or a related field, and/or property management credentials (e.g., RPA, CPM), along with experience using Yardi Voyager, are considered assets. Familiarity with the Regina commercial real estate market is preferred.
