Job Scope:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers and equipment to meet customer requirements and company objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
• Monitor and manage daily transportation activities, resolving issues as they arise
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize routes, resources, and service levels
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatch operations
