Director of Talent Acquisition Location Hybrid remote in Blainville, QC :

The Role

As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for designing and implementing recruiting strategies, managing a team of talent acquisition professionals, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and employees.

You Will

• Define, design, and implement all talent acquisition/sourcing strategies and hiring plans for all business units
• Build and implement strong employment branding initiatives
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes, taking steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Manage, train, and evaluate talent acquisition team members
• Determine, measure and track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source to hire, etc. in order to identify areas of improvement
• Liaise with Quebec/Federal government for immigration and security clearance purposes

You Have

• 5+ years experience in Talent Acquisition at a managerial level ( aerospace, transportation, or energy industry experience preferred )
• A degree and/or certification in Human Resources or related field (a plus!)
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (for both local and international talent)
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
• Solid knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Extensive experience with government security clearances and immigration processes/documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $125,000.00 per year
