Dental Practice Manager

Working Schedule: Full Time
The Practice Manager is responsible for strategic and daily operations of multiple locations of a practice, while balancing the daily goals of the practice(s) with the larger strategic vision of the practice and Specialized Dental Partners to drive results in all areas of practice
performance. This position is responsible for all practice areas including: revenue cycle, billing, patient experience, human resources, budgeting, financial analysis, clinical workflows, and recruitment.
The Practice Manager works in collaboration with Doctors and clinical leadership to ensure high-quality clinical operations. Facilitates an environment that promotes high patient care standards and implements strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Demonstrates sound judgment and appropriate The Practice Manager is also responsible for consistently exhibiting the Core Values, and ensuring that every teammate lives the Vision and Mission on a daily basis.

The starting salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 annually based on full-time employment.
