Organize digital files and records for easy retrieval and use.

Conduct routine data checks and assist in data cleanup efforts.

Generate simple reports or data summaries when required.

Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors via email, chat, and video calls.

Manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Follow data entry procedures and company standards consistently.

Provide general administrative support as needed.

Troubleshoot minor data or system issues and escalate complex problems appropriately.
