Job Title: Claims Adjuster We are seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience handling cargo, property, casualty, contents, or auto claims. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card within 30 days of employment. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) are essential. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with marine cargo claims Knowledge of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act (COGSA) Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field Daily Responsibilities: The individual will operate within established procedures, interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations, and maintain relationships with customers, attorneys, insurance companies, and authorities. The role involves broad scope assignments requiring independent judgment in claims management decisions, subject to review by supervisors. Candidates must be capable of performing each essential duty satisfactorily.
