Assist students in pursuing fellowships, residencies, grants, and graduate programs. Maintain documentation and use insights to improve services. Stay informed about industry trends and hiring practices. Program Development & Evaluation (40%) Serve as liaison for arts-related academic and student initiatives. Develop programming to prepare students for diverse artistic careers. Monitor industry trends and student engagement to inform initiatives. Design workshops and resources on arts careers. Analyze program impact and refine offerings. Marketing & Communication (5%) Promote programs through campus channels and social media. Operations (5%) Assist students with career tools and conduct intake advising. Team Participation (5%) Engage in team initiatives, training, and interdepartmental events. Qualifications Experience in mentoring, advising, or program creation in an educational or career context. Commitment to social justice and inclusive practices. Creative problem-solving and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related or creative field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience; equivalent education and experience considered.
