Expertise to have -
· WCAG 2.1 or 2.2 standards expertise and a Section 508 certified trusted tester
· Experience with accessibility testing on both web and mobile platforms
· Experience with design reviews
· Screen reader expertise with JAWS/NVDA / VoiceOver / Talkback, ARIA, ADA
· Be able to describe accessibility issues and recommendations for resolving them to non subject matter expert engineers. (Bug reporting)
· Some debugging skills, able to convey and explain bug causes and a11y concepts to non a11y subject matter experts using minimal step reproduction cases.
· Familiarity with front end technologies
